 I became a resident of the Chattanooga area in early 2012 where I rented an apartment. Renting at this time was fairly typical for me; However, in the beginning of 2013 I decided it was time to buy a home. The first and only person I contacted to assist me in my quest to buy a home was Diane Patty. 

As mentioned, prior to this I was only a renter and so my ignorance in the art of home buying was at a respectable level. Along with this, I had conjured an image of a perfect home in a perfect location, something I was not willing to budge much on. And, of course, to top everything off my availability to view homes was extremely limited. None of these hurdles phased Diane. She was not only extremely flexible to my limited schedule but she walked me through the entire home buying process from start to finish, explaining every detail to the fullest. It felt as though I was looking at potential homes with a family member rather than a real estate agent. So let me assure you, when I decide to sell my home x years down the road I can only think of one agent who I'll trust with such a task
